Information you provide
If you contact us or arrange a subtitle project, we receive the information you send, such as your name, email address, order number, video link, subtitle files, requested language, and project instructions. Only send content you own or are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information by email.
The subtitle demo
The studio on this website is a sample preview. Its current form validates your YouTube URL in your browser and displays predefined sample captions. It does not fetch, upload, transcribe, or translate your video. Sample SRT downloads are generated in your browser. Following a YouTube or other external link is subject to that service’s privacy practices.
Orders and payments
Plan purchases take place on Shopify’s hosted checkout. Shopify and its payment providers process the information entered there, which can include contact, billing, payment, device, and transaction information. Trasload receives order information needed to manage purchases, provide support, and handle refunds, including the buyer’s contact email and purchased plan. Full card details are not entered into the trasload.site plan pages. Order notifications are sent to the store’s configured business recipients.
Website providers, cookies, and technical data
Hostinger hosts trasload.site and may process technical connection data, including IP address, browser details, request times, and security logs, to operate and protect the website. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which makes requests to Google’s servers and can disclose technical connection data. The current subtitle demo does not use advertising trackers or store your submitted video URL in browser storage. Shopify’s storefront and checkout use their own cookies and similar technologies as described in the linked Shopify store privacy policy.
Why information is used and shared
We use information to respond to requests, agree and carry out projects, manage orders and refunds, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Information is handled by service providers involved in hosting, email, commerce, and payment processing where needed for those purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legitimate rights. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours; applicable data-transfer safeguards depend on the provider and the law that applies.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including order administration, accounting obligations, support, and disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and applicable requirements. No website, email service, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal or transactional reasons. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity.
